Scope of Work
Task 1: Additional T&TA: Three Star will coordinate with the NEADA team and the federal LIHEAP office to develop the training and technical assistance program for tribal grantees including materials for the training website, and content for regional meetings and webinars. Deliverable: Training modules on selected topics as determined by NEADA team and HHS.
Task 2: Regional Training Workshops: Three Star will attend four regional training workshops (dates and locations to be determined by HHS and NEADA team) to provide training for LIHEAP grantees.
Deliver able: Presentations at regional training workshops.
TASK 3: Webinars and Podcasts: Three Star will provide (esources and support for training webinars to include: identiffing speakers, providing background materials, editing/providing feedback on draft presentations, giving webinar presentations.
Deliverable; Webinar presentations on training topics to be determined by HHS and NEADA team (max. 4 presentations)
Task 4: On-Site Visits: Three Star will perform up to five on-site visits to tribal grantees to provide in-person training and technical assistance. Final number of on-site visits and locations to be determined by HHS and the NEADA team.
Deliverable; On-site visit reports for each of the grantees visited.
TASK 5: Peer-to-Peer Training: Three Star will provide ongoing mentoring services for LIHEAP tribal grantees including phone mentoring and meetings with grantees at regional conferences.
