Kathy Westcott
Kathy has spent the last 19+ years primarily focused in construction and federal government cost accounting systems, directed toward auditing accounting needs and creating systemic changes which increase efficiency, accuracy and standardization. Kathy has functioned as a hands-on accountant organizing and setting up accounting programs and processes that are compliant with generally accepted accounting principles and DCAA approved accounting procedures. She excels at creating spreadsheets and forms to help streamline financial information, accounts receivables, accounts payable, produce financial statements and year-end close out procedures,. In addition she has set-up and administered payroll, 401k, and health benefits. Kathy has also reviewed business plans from various Alaska Regional tribes for financial sustainability and overall feasibility.

Jesse Carnahan
Jesse's background is in education and he has developed a reputation for integrating technology and business systems to provide viable platform for data management and online synchronous and asynchronous learning. Christine Celentano
Christine Celentano is a Three Star Enterprises Consultant based in Colorado and has worked with Alaska Native and Native American Tribes since 1993. Christine served as a Program Director with the Chugach Region in Alaska until 2007. While serving in this capacity, she worked with many Tribes within and outside the State of Alaska in partnership opportunities and to share program successes in tribal environmental protection, program development and management and community infrastructure development. As a Training and Technical Assistance Consultant under contract for the Administration for Native Americans (ANA), Christine has worked with Tribes and tribal members from the Pacific Islands, Alaska and throughout the lower 48 states providing project development, pre-application and post award training, project monitoring including the development project improvement plans with grantees, close out and project impact evaluation since 2002. She also provides one-on-one technical assistance with grants management and has served as both a reviewer and facilitator of the ANA annual grant panel reviews. Christine has had the privilege to work with Tribes from Florida through Barrow, Alaska and has been honored to visit several Lower 48 Tribal communities from Oklahoma to Washington throughout her tenure serving as a facilitator of tribal participation in ANA’s Project Impact Evaluation process.

Deborah Tennyson
Deborah Tennyson recently joined the Three Star Enterprises team. Deborah has been providing services to Alaskan tribes, Native non-profit organizations and State and local governments for over 35 years. Her years working for the Bristol Bay Native Association, the State of Alaska, the Alaska Federation of Natives and other tribal organizations and small communities have provided her an extensive background in the management of a wide variety of State, Federal and Tribal programs; grant writing and fund development; and training and technical assistance. Deborah has traveled throughout Alaska and lived in Barrow, Nome, Dillingham and Anchorage.
